Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to fulfil the shipment of your order within 2-3 working days.

Please note the following with regards to our shipping rates:

  • Shipping is currently available in Singapore only.
  • Deliveries are available on weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM
  • All orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
  • We offer free delivery for orders above $300 (excluding the cost of shipping and any deliveries to Sentosa or Jurong Island)
  • We have a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders below $300.
  • Same day delivery is available at a flat rate of $18.
  • Deliveries to Sentosa or Jurong Island carry an additional surcharge of $10.
  • If an order is cancelled after the item(s) have been dispatched, the customer will bear the delivery cost incurred, including the return of any items ordered incorrectly (if necessary). This includes order(s) with free delivery.

Self-collection is available at our main branch. Kindly send us a WhatsApp message or call to fix an appointment prior to collection.

How do I track the status of my delivery?

There is a change in my shipping address.
Please notify our delivery personnel when he/she has contacted you, stating your order number and the intended new address. Alternatively, you can email us at deliveries@asayahealth.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8904 7191

What if I am not at home when the order arrives?
Once delivery arrangements have been made with our delivery personnel, please ensure an authorised person is there to receive your item(s) on your behalf if you are not available. Alternatively, you may inform our delivery personnel to leave your parcel at a safe designated place. Kindly note that we will not be liable for any lost/damaged items in such instances. Our delivery personnel will have a photo as proof of delivery.  If delivery is unsuccessful and re-delivery is required, this will incur additional charges.

 

Refunds:

Please note that purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and if found to be defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us by Whatsapp at +65 8904 7191 or email, with your order number and a photo of the issue, so that we can make it right for you as quickly as possible.
