Who would benefit from TRE®️?
Every individual carries their own history of trauma and stress. Some patients are able to learn the techniques from a few sessions with a trained TRE®️ practitioner and practise the exercises on their own, while others may require more sessions. Once the techniques are learned and regulated, it is recommended to continue TRE®️ a few times a week (or when required) as a self-help tool to improve health, resiliency and freedom from stress.

What to expect?
TRE®️ (Trauma Release Exercise) is a somatic-body based healing practice for people troubled by anxiety, stress and various forms of trauma. The practice is not a psychological intervention and does require talking about any events, feelings or issues. TRE®️ are a sequence of stretches of the muscles in the lower body which tends to result in mild tremors or shakes that start in the legs and move naturally through the body. Patients often communicate a sensation of physical or emotional anxiety release.
The tremors or shakes are in-built in all mammals. It is the body’s natural way of unwinding tight and contracted muscles or stress patterns, while also reducing the accumulation of unhealthy chemicals and charge of stress hormones. TRE®️ returns the body to its natural balance and improves its stability.
