
Shirley Mirpuri
Having completed a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Shirley went on to study at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, which is one of the accredited schools for Naturopathic Medicine located in Toronto, Canada. She has also completed a certification in Bowen therapy, NAET and wellness coaching and now combines the use of the above modalities in her approach to health and wellness.
Shirley has a passion for helping people address the root causes of their health concerns and strongly believes in a collective individualistic approach to health and healing. It was her drive to see people reach their truest potential that inspired her to want to help people and therefore led her to becoming a Naturopathic doctor. She believes that true healing comes from addressing the relationship between the mind, body and environment and it is the balance of these factors that is the main goal to a healthier you.
As a Naturopathic doctor, wellness coach, NAET and Bowen therapist, Shirley has been trained to help address the root causes of illness and has a special focus in helping people with various concerns ranging from digestive disturbances, allergies, hormone imbalances, mental health, sleep, stress, diet and lifestyle management.
